My stay at Springhill Suites Nashville Metrocenter was quite enjoyable overall. The room was clean and spacious, accommodating our group well, even if the bathroom counter space was a bit cramped for six people. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the fresh waffles, although I did notice they ran out of a few items at times. While I appreciated the indoor pool, I was disappointed that the outdoor section was unavailable due to maintenance during my visit, so be sure to check on that before booking.

6.2/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Springhill Suites Nashville Metrocenter. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the spacious room with a nice kitchenette (which made it convenient for snacking!). However, I encountered several issues, including maintenance problems and subpar amenities that detracted from my overall enjoyment.

Rooms
5.0
While my room was spacious and well-decorated, it had maintenance issues like a shower that wouldn't drain properly, which became quite annoying. Additionally, I found some stains on the carpet and was disappointed to discover blood spots on the sofa mattress cover. Surely, these issues need urgent attention.
Service
5.0
Although a couple of staff members were really nice and helped with my requests, the overall service felt inconsistent. At times, it seemed like the associated staff didn't prioritize guest feedback or issues effectively, leaving me feeling a bit neglected.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is quite advantageous, as it's not far from downtown Nashville and offers easy access to attractions. However, I found parking fees to be a bit excessive considering it wasn't a gated facility.
Dining
5.0
I was really looking forward to breakfast, but it turned out to be rather disappointing. The selection was limited and they were out of some basics like napkins and milk. Thankfully, there was fresh coffee available throughout the day, which helped.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were decent, but I noticed some shortcomings. For instance, the pool was a bit on the chilly side and could use a bit of warmth for better enjoyment. Additionally, while the fitness area was functional, I expected more from a Marriott brand in terms of amenities.

The friendly staff, especially Rashawn, made my visit nice with their really good customer service. I also appreciated the refreshing pool facilities, adding a nice touch to my stay.

6.2/10

I had a decent stay at Springhill Suites Nashville Metrocenter, appreciating the quiet location near downtown. though I encountered a few issues. The staff was genuinely friendly and the breakfast offered a decent variety, but the cleanliness and state of the rooms left something to be desired. There was a strange vibe with the amenities; while I enjoyed the pool, it was colder than expected.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds, but they were in need of renovations. I experienced issues with the toilet and then with the air conditioning in my second room, which required a call to the front desk for assistance.
Service
7.0
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I appreciated the maintenance team's quick response when I reported issues. However, getting in touch with the front desk was tricky at times, as the phone was disconnected.
Location
8.0
The hotel was conveniently located about 2.5 miles from downtown, making it easy to explore the area without needing the interstate. It was nice to have a Chick-fil-A right behind the hotel.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast provided a decent selection, but it wasn't restocked adequately as it got closer to the end time. The lemon water in the lobby was a nice touch, though.
Facilities
7.0
I enjoyed having access to both an indoor and outdoor pool, although it could have been warmer. The small gym was a plus, but it might not satisfy everyone.

While my stay at Springhill Suites Nashville Metrocenter had its positives, such as the spacious room and good breakfast options, I encountered significant drawbacks. The noise from traffic and train horns made it hard to relax, and I was disappointed in the overall maintenance of the facilities. 🚧 Overall, I would suggest considering other hotels for a more enjoyable experience.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious, but the maintenance issues, like the noisy shower drain, detracted from the experience. I also found the bed to be less comfortable than expected.
Service
5.0
While there were a couple of friendly staff members like April and Allen, the overall service response to my maintenance issues was lacking. I felt my concerns were not addressed promptly.
Location
7.0
The hotel's proximity to downtown Nashville is a definite plus, making it easy to access attractions. However, the noise from traffic was bothersome at times.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast offered was decent, especially for vegetarians, but I felt that it could benefit from a bit more variety in fruits and baked goods.
Facilities
5.0
While the general facilities were adequate, the maintenance concerns I encountered, such as the shower drainage issue, impacted my overall perception of the hotel's upkeep.
